Ida Long wins double gold for Mad Men trailer at European Award Show
The Swedish singer Ida Long has been awarded double gold for her version
of the song Mad World, featured in the Swedish trailer for the dramatic television serie Mad Men.
Ida Long and the director Hasse Billing won their two gold awards at the ProMaxBDA Europe Awards 2011 in Berlin.
Ida Longs song in the Swedish Channel 9 trailer The Mad World of Mad Men

was awarded gold for Best On-Air Programme Campaign, as well in the category Best Use Of Typography.
Ida Longs version of Mad World [Stupid Dream Records / Despotz / Playground] is released internationally as a digital single on the 27th of April.
Ida Long is currently working on her debut solo album, which will be released later this year or early 2012. Ida Long will tour and perform in Sweden and internationally until late summer. |
